Other Policies

Fines:

A R1500 fine will be charged if customer smokes in the apartment.

A R1500 fine will be charged if a customer breaks/removed glass amenities. (Soap,shampoo etc)

Cancellation Policy:

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid via Paystack or an EFT payment.

100% of the total amount will be charged 2 weeks before arrival.

25% of the total amount will be charged 3 weeks before arrival and the remaining 75% will be charged 1 week before arrival.

Modification Policy:

Changes to reservations are subject to availability and any rate differences.

For any modification concerning the number of guests, or dates of stay, please contact us directly, and we will try to satisfy you according to our availability.

Please note that you must provide a minimum notice period of 7 days for modifications.
